چکیده
Group 2 innate lymphoid cells (ILC2s), characterized by secretion of type cytokines, regulate multiple immune responses. ILC2s are found in different tumor tissues, and ILC2-derived interleukin (IL)-4, IL-5, IL-13 act on the microenvironment to participate progression. abundant colorectal cancer (CRC) tissue, but role CRC remains unclear. In this study, we that percentage was higher tissue than adjacent normal these were dominant IL-9-secreting cell-subsets as shown flow cytometry analysis. ILC2s-derived IL-9 could activate CD8+ T inhibit growth, while anti-IL-9 reversed effect. vivo experiments showed neutralizing promoted inhibition occurred intravenous injection IL-9. conclusion, our results demonstrated promote anti-tumor effects CRC.

Background: CD8+ cytotoxic T lymphocytes have been recently divided based on their cytokine expression profile. Objective: To evaluate the percentages of CD8+ lymphocytes and their effector subsets including Tc1, Tc2 and Tc17 in the tumor draining lymph nodes (TDLNs) of patients with breast cancer. Methods: Single cell suspensions were obtained from TDLNs of 42 patients with breast cancer. Stai...

One of the essential protection mechanisms of immune system is Treg cells which play an important role in maintenance ofimmune homeostasis. However, they may also inhibit immune functions against tumor cells. It has been reported that Treg cellsare increased in patients suffering from different types of cancer. Increased number of Treg cells has been shown in tumor lymphnodes, peripheral blood,...

متن کاملHIV-specific IL-10-positive CD8+ T cells suppress cytolysis and IL-2 production by CD8+ T cells.
IL-10 producing T cells inhibit Ag-specific CD8+ T cell responses and may play a role in the immune dysregulation observed in HIV infection. We have previously observed the presence of HIV-specific IL-10-positive CD8+ T cells in advanced HIV disease. In this study, we examined the suppressive function of the Gag-specific IL-10-positive CD8+ T cells. Removal of these IL-10-positive CD8+ T cells ...
متن کاملTransregulation of memory CD8 T-cell proliferation by IL-15Ralpha+ bone marrow-derived cells.
Interleukin 15 (IL-15) and the IL-15 receptor alpha (IL-15Ralpha) chain are both required for the basal proliferation of memory CD8 T cells, but which cell types are required to express IL-15 or IL-15Ralpha to mediate this proliferation is not known. Using bone marrow (BM) chimeras, we showed that virus-specific CD8 memory T-cell proliferation was driven by IL-15 produced by either BM-derived o...
